1) Shipping Availability

We currently ship to:

  • United States (50 states)
  • If you need shipping outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and pricing.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays (weather, carrier disruptions), processing and delivery times may be extended.

Custom/repair/appraisal shipments: If you’re shipping an item to us for repair, appraisal, or other services, processing timelines may vary based on the work requested. We’ll provide an estimate after inspection.

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout (when applicable). Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and begin once your package is shipped, not when the order is placed.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size / weight
  • Selected shipping method
  • Insurance or signature requirements (when applicable)

Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be listed on our website or communicated at the time of purchase.

5) Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation (email or receipt details) with tracking information when available.

6) Signature Confirmation, Insurance, and High-Value Orders

To help protect you and your purchase:

  • Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders (especially high-value jewelry).
  • Insurance may be added to shipments at our discretion or upon request.
  • If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be treated as delivered.

If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible.

7) Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

8) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  2. Keep all packaging and take photos of any damage.
  3. We may need to open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Important: Claims are time-sensitive. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damage issues.

9) Returns to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed):

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

10) Shipping Items to Crown Jewelry (Repairs/Appraisals)

If you are shipping jewelry or watches to us for repair or appraisal:

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Safely package your item(s).
  • Crown Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
